1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing and using the game and related services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. User Conduct
As a user of this service, you agree to:
- Treat all players and staff with respect
- Follow all game rules and guidelines
- Report bugs and exploits to staff
- Not engage in real-money trading
- Keep your account secure
3. Fair Play
You agree not to use unauthorized third-party programs, bots, macros, packet editors, or exploits. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
4. Content Standards
You agree not to create or share content that is:
- Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or harmful code
5. Account Ownership
Your account is personal to you. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. Account sharing may result in permanent suspension.
6. Donations and Virtual Items
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. Virtual items have no real-world value. For refund exceptions and procedures, refer to the Return & Refund Policy.
7. Enforcement
Staff may enforce rules at their discretion. Penalties include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans based on severity and prior history.
8. Privacy & Data
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may log activity to prevent fraud and ensure service integrity.
9. Dispute Resolution
Contact support before initiating payment disputes. Abusive or bad-faith disputes may result in account action consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Legal Notice
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. This Agreement may be updated periodically.
