Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All donations and purchases of virtual items (Silk) are final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are purchasing virtual items with no real-world value.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical errors that prevent delivery of purchased items
  • Duplicate charges for the same transaction
  • Unauthorized transactions (with proof)

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund for eligible cases:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction
  2. Provide your transaction ID and account username
  3. Explain the issue with supporting evidence
  4. Wait for review (typically 5–14 business days)

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Account bans or suspensions
  • Items used or consumed in-game
  • Server shutdowns or maintenance
  • Dissatisfaction with game content

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support is a breach of our Terms and this Policy.

  • We may suspend accounts and submit delivery evidence to the payment processor.
  • Access may be restored only after dispute resolution or reversal.
  • Repeated disputes may result in permanent termination.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Fraud Prevention

We use anti-fraud measures (IP checks, device fingerprints, activity logs). Abuse may be reported to payment processors or law enforcement.

8. Legal Notice

This Policy does not affect non-excludable consumer rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
